Snow Trip 2010
Thank you everyone who came for a great snow trip 2010, especially Brandon Franks who graciously offered his family's Truckee cabin for lodging. Lots of fun, games, hitting the slopes, snowball fights, a great discussion on the video "What's Race Got to Do With It?", and much more. Hopefully will get a few pics up here soon, but for now keep your eyes on Facebook where people should be posting some photos.

Bone Marrow Donor Drive a Huge Success!
Thank you to everyone from APASA, BSU, HAPA International Club, LASA, and Middle Eastern Club for your help in publicizing and staffing the Bone Marrow Donor Drive. We set a new record for Saint Mary's of 70 people registered in a single drive! Keep your eye out in the spring for the possibility of another drive. It's only through all of your support that amazing, potentially life saving things like this can occur. Here are some pics. Be patient and we may have some things from Friendship games in the near future...

Friendship Games NorCal Picnic 2009!
So last weekend Jessica, Ryan and Tim went to Westborough Park in South San Francisco to check out the Friendship Games NorCal picnic. There were tons of people there repping various schools like San Jose State, San Francisco State, CSU East Bay (the TriForce!) CSU Fullerton (they drove all the way up from SoCal!), Univ. of Pacific, Cal Poly-Pomona, and UC Davis (sorry if anyone was missed, there were so many people there we didn't get the chance to meet everyone). We ate, talked, played icebreakers (Ryan learned how to play Ninja) and generally made connections. Check out the Triforce (SJSU + SMC, SF State, and CSU East Bay) group photo below as well as SJSU's slideshow of the event.
